Bookkeeper / Administrator

Our care home, Viera Gray House, located in Barnes, South West London, are now seeking a full-time Bookkeeper/Administrator to provide an administrative service for the Home Manager and team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the homes Bookkeeper/Administrator, you will:

  • Deal with general, telephone enquiries and correspondence and administrative matters
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of personal records of staff, including sickness and absence, holidays, timesheets
  • General filing, photocopying and organisation of system

To apply, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience of working in an office and undertaking general administration duties
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills
  • Manual and/or electronic bookkeeping experience
  • Relevant qualifications (in administration or bookkeeping) are not essential, nor is experience of having worked in a care home – although both would be preferred.
