Our care home, Mount Ephraim House, are now seeking a Bookkeeper/Administrator to provide an administrative service for the Registered Manager and team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the homes Bookkeeper/Administrator, you will:

• Deal with general, telephone enquiries and correspondence and administrative matters
• Be responsible for the maintenance of personal records of staff, including sickness and absence, holidays, timesheets
• General filing, photocopying and organisation of system

To apply, you will need to have:

• Previous experience of working in an office and undertaking general administration duties
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional and confident telephone manner
